Lizzie thank you for taking a look at my blog, it has definitely become a labor of love for me and I pray that I will be able to expound on the idea and perhaps create a podcast for the same purpose. With everything that's happening in the world, I feel compelled to create as much positivity as I possibly can to help to offset some of the challenges that we all are facing. I appreciate you so much Lizzie and I pray that you and your daughter are well. Stay safe and know that you are in my prayers always.

I have tried to focus more so on exercising, such as walking, bike riding, and yoga. Yoga is my favorite because it allows you to get ground, meditate, stretch, and think about all the things your thankful for. I also feel so much more happy and motivated after yoga. Also diet, I love cooking and as time progresses I’m enjoying cooking different dishes
